To purchase Spire's lots all you need to do is contact us, or any area realtor. We have received our Final Plat and are now closing on lots. Write up a valid Buy/Sell Agreement, submit a $5,000 earnest money check, and we can schedule a closing as soon as you have had the opportunity to satisfy any contingencies or investigation.
