The Spire's home designs reflect the ultimate in energy efficiency and maintenance-free living. Designed by architect Don McLaughlin who helped create Red Lodge's National Historic District and associate Craig Miller. Quality radiates throughout these classic designs.

Tremendous natural lighting, large vaulted ceilings, minimal maintenance exteriors, and tremendous attention to detail have gone into the development and design of every Spire’s model home. Several builder's have been pre-qualified under the Spire's Architectural Design Guidelines to build these homes, contact us for a pre-approved list.

Buyer's have the option of buying a lot and selecting their own builder but the builder must apply for acceptance under the Spire's Architectural Design Guidelines and all plans must be approved by the Spires architectural committee.

A Silver Run Patio home model is available for tours at Rosebud Estates. Willow Creek and Stillwater Courtyard Cottage models will be open in 2008.
