Our Team
Our team includes a group of seasoned development professionals. All builders must be pre-approved by our architectural committee and all home designs must conform with The Spires architectural design guidelines which are aimed at creating traditional neighborhoods where the home is the dominant form.

Don McLaughlin, AIADon helped create Red Lodge’s National Historic District in the early 1980’s. Don is an MSU graduate, founded Place Architecture and takes frequent sketch trips to the Red Lodge area with interns. Don is a Montana native and the creative heart and soul of The Spires Team. Don has a significant portfolio of AIA award winning projects. |

Clint Litle, PEClint is a licensed civil engineer with over 22 years of engineering and development experience and has helped complete dozens of large-scale development projects in his career as a professional engineer. Clint’s advice and services have been incredibly valuable to the project and he has already added significant value and cost savings. |

Craig MillerCraig is a Principal at Place Architecture and a graduate of the MSU School of Architecture. Craig is directly involved in unit designs and his creative abilities have touched all aspects of the development from our logo design to our marketing and story line creation. |

Russ Squire, Realtor, QEIRuss is the manager of the Spires Development and a realtor for Coal Creek Realty. Russ has experience in banking, financial management, resort operations, 1031 exchanges and has previously developed property in Red Lodge. Russ and his family live in Red Lodge and is a graduate MSU. |

Elaine Squire, Realtor, Residential AppraiserElaine is both a realtor and a licensed residential appraiser working for Coal creek Realty. Sh has served the development in the capacity of interior design and unit decoration. She is a busy mother of two daughters and in her spare time enjoys mountain biking, skiing and family activities. Elaine graduated Arizona State University. Elaine is the project's listing agent. |
